– Flying Eagles fail to qualify for the 2017 U-20 AFCON tournament 


 – Sudan beat Nigeria 4 – 3 at the Teslim Balogun stadium – Flying Eagles won the first leg 2 – 1 in Sudan but beaten on away goal Nigeria failed to qualify for the 2017 AFCON U-20 tournament after a 5 – 5 aggregate draw with Sudan.
 The Flying Eagles won the first leg 2 – 1 at Sudan but lost 3 – 4 at the Teslim Balogun stadium in Surulere with the aggregate scores 5 – 5 which Sudan qualify for the U-20 AFCON on away goals.

Bamgboye puts the Flying Eagles back in the lead. The winger converts Chukwueze’s cross at the back 20′ Amghd Ahmed equalizes for Sudan. Well that escalated quickly 15′ GOOOOOAAAALLLLL!!!! Samuel Chukwueze scores from a solo effort. Chukwueze beats 2 defenders before slotting in from 19 yards.
