Europa League: Manchester qualify for quarter-final

Manchester United are through to the last eight of this season’s Europa League, after they beat FC Rostov 1-0 at Old Trafford on Thursday night.
Jose Mourinho’s men were held to a 1-1 in the first leg of the tie played last week.

United struggled to make their dominance count in the first half of the match, wasting the few chances they were able to create. Zlatan Ibrahimovic was also denied twice by the post.

Juan Mata eventually gave the hosts the lead in the 70th minute, finishing off a fine team move.
