CALLOUS onlookers watched and even filmed the alleged rape of a woman by a sex attacker in broad daylight.

A 23-year-old truck cleaner has since been arrested over the attack.
His alleged victim, 43, was said to have been forced out of her family home by relatives just days earlier following an argument.
Video footage showed heartless pedestrians walking past the attack, with some even pulling out their phones to catch it on film.
Police spoke of their anger that so little had been done to protect the woman.
Officer K Suresh said: "Apparently, she was very weak as she had not eaten for several hours and was sleeping on the footpath under the shadow of a tree, when her attacker, in an inebriated condition assaulted her sexually.
"Instead, some of them were more interested in capturing the incident on their mobile phones. After some time, a driver shot a short video of it and brought it to our notice.
“It clearly shows how the people have become insensitive to attacks on women."
By the time police arrived, the alleged attacker had fled on a bike - but he was later arrested.
India has been plagued by a series of horrific sex attacks that have drawn furious protests.
In October, capital New Delhi was named the worst city in the world for sexual violence against women.
